Orders are shipped Mon - Fri within 24 hours of receiving your order, you will receive an order shipped confirmation email with tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

For concerns regarding product purchase, please send to info@thegutherbalist.com for review. Your item will be required to be returned within 30 days for a credit or exchange of the original product provided it is returned unopened, and in the original condition. The cost of returning the product is the customers responsibility. Express Post Fees are non refundable.
